HomeUncategorizedSensory Integration Stories

One of the best things about youtube is how many stories can be told relatively easily. Because sensory integration disorder is such a misunderstood thing, I’ve decided that I’d compile some stories off of youtube.

Hopefully, some of my readers can find comfort in commonality with them.

Ben’s story shows how much help music therapy can be.

This is a very intriguing trailer. Looks like I’ll be hunting down another documentary – Autistic-like: Graham’s Story.

This is a beautiful video. You can really tell how emotional it can be to go through the experience of getting the right diagnosis and treatment for your child just from listening to this dad’s voice. I also really like his message of positivity, too.

I really like how Dr. J here describes what it’s like for kids with SPD, and that comparison to kryptonite is fantastic!
